The main contact for my school has left. How do I change the main contact?

We can update the main contact and send instructions for resetting the password.

I have recorded my recycling, but can’t order my plants. Why?

The most likely reason is that your recycling has been recorded in the wrong calendar year.

Please make sure all recycling entered for this year’s order was collected between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025.

Any recycling recorded from this calendar year will count toward next year’s tree order.

We’re a small preschool and only recycle a little. Are we still eligible for trees?

Yes!

If you recycled any paper or cardboard last year, in any form (even one banana box per term), you will be eligible for at least five plants.

Can we get fruit trees?

At present, we only supply native trees. There are several reasons for this:

  1. We work nationwide and aim to source plants locally where possible, so schools and preschools receive trees suited to their climate.

  2. We supply thousands of plants each year, and sourcing enough fruit trees can be difficult.

  3. Fruit trees cost significantly more than native trees.

On average, the same funding allows us to supply around five native trees for every one fruit tree.

I would like more indoor recycling bins for my school. How do I get them?

Complete the questionnaire here.

My region isn’t funded. How can I help?

Talk to your local council. Councils provide most of our funding, with additional support from local boards, foundations, and private businesses.

If you know of a local or national business that may be able to help, we’d love to hear from you. Contact us
