Nelson Tasman
Paper4trees was first introduced to the Nelson Tasman Region in 2008.
Since then, a total of 56 schools and preschools have joined Paper4trees!
That is the equivalent to 82% of all Nelson Tasman schools and 9% of all Nelson Tasman preschools.
Between 2007 and 2022, Nelson and Tasman schools and preschools have:

Diverted 1,728 tonnes of paper and cardboard from landfill
- That's around the same as 369 elephants! -
Saved 13,825 cubic metres of landfill space

Prevented 9,332 tonnes of carbon dioxide from being created in landfill
